Damron (played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan) was a Xindi-Reptilian biologist and a colleague of Degra. He was in charge of the team developing the Xindi bioweapon.
When the Xindi Council elected to stop pursuing the bioweapon project, Damron and his team mysteriously disappeared. It was later learned that one of the Guardians had transported them to the year 2004 so they could deploy the weapon in secret. However, Damron was killed by Captain Jonathan Archer, who had been sent back in time from 2153 to stop him.
