Damron (played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan) was a Xindi-Reptilian biologist and a colleague of Degra. He was in charge of the team developing the Xindi bioweapon.
When the Xindi Council elected to stop pursuing the bioweapon project, Damron and his team mysteriously disappeared. It was later learned that one of the Guardians had transported them to the year 2004 so they could deploy the weapon in secret. Damron had enlisted the aid of a human blood bank worker, named Loomis, to provide humans with differnet blood types to test the bioweapon on. Archer and T'Pol were sent back in time from 2153 to stop Damron. They followed and apprehended Loomis, and he provided them with Damron's location. Damron and his partner were killed by Captain Jonathan Archer.
