Template:Realworld Template:2009spoiler Daniel Dae Kim (born 4 August 1968; age 55) is a Korean-American actor who made a guest appearance in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager and returned in a different role for three episodes of Star Trek: Enterprises third season.

His EV under suit from the episode "Hatchery" was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and previously worn by Nathan Anderson in "Anomaly". [1]

Kim was born in Pusan, South Korea and his various other television credits include appearances in numerous cult hits, including a starring role in the short-lived Crusade, as Lieutenant John Matheson; a recurring role as Gavin Park on Angel, as Agent Tom Baker on 24, and his current role as Jin in J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof's series Lost along with fellow Star Trek actors Terry O'Quinn and Sam Anderson.

Kim also shared scenes with future Enterprise co-star and fellow MACO Steven Culp in the 2000 made for TV movie, Murder, She Wrote: A Story to Die For. Duncan Regehr and J. Patrick McCormack were also part of the cast in this movie.

Kim was rumored to be up for the role of Hikaru Sulu in J.J. Abrams' upcoming Star Trek. [2] The role ultimately went to John Cho.
