David Burke is an actor who played Steven Price in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Someone to Watch Over Me".
He is perhaps best remembered for his television roles as Father Ken Mallory in Joan of Arcadia (co-starring Michael Welch and Becky Wahlstrom) and as Arthur in the live-action superhero series The Tick (co-starring Liz Vassey).
In 2008, Burke guest starred as Peter Kirby in the Valentine episode The Book of Love, which also features Trek performers Autumn Reeser, Patrick Fabian, Greg Ellis, and Tim Ransom.
