David Carpenter is an actor who played Onara, a Bajoran officer, in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Accession".

"David Carpenter is an extremely funny, witty and talented person who had stardom written all over him", according to Robert Rubin, who bartended in NYC nightclubs with Carpenter in the late 70's/early 80's.
