David Winburn is an actor and stuntman who portrayed two different Kradin in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Nemesis". He received no credit for these appearances but was identified by the call sheets of the episode. Parts of his costume were later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and were also worn by actors Victor Rivers, Tom Morga, Eric Hunter, Ken Wood, Mick T., Mickey Cassidy, Scott Hill, Jon Wright, and Tom Miller throughout several Star Trek series. Winburn also worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Winburn filmed his scenes on Tuesday 17 June 1997, Thursday 19 June 1997, Monday 23 June 1997, Tuesday 24 June 1997, and Wednesday 25 June 1997 on Paramount Stage 9 and 16 and on location at the Warner Bros. backlot.

Winburn is related to stuntman, stunt coordinator, and director James Winburn and had featured parts in the horror film Evil Altar (1988, co-written by Brent V. Friedman), the action film Miami Beach Cops (1992), the action drama The Waterfront (1998), and the action film American Lottery (2002). He also performed stunts in the television movie Hard Time: The Premonition (1999, with Richard Riehle, Jack Sheldon, and Brendan McKane, stunts by Denver Mattson, Rex Pierson, and Mark Wagner, and stunt coordination by John Alden) and worked as actor and stunt coordinator on the action film Moses: Fallen. In the City of Angels. (2005).
