Debi A. Monahan (born 30 September 1959; age 64) is a former actress who appeared as Melissa in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "His Way" and the Adulteress in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Critical Care".

Monahan appeared in multiple episodes of the television sitcom Night Court, starring John Larroquette. She was also seen in a 1999 episode of Chicago Hope with her Deep Space Nine co-star René Auberjonois.

In 1988, she co-starred with Andrew Robinson and John Rubinstein in the telefilm Liberace. Another TV movie she appeared in was 1992's The House on Sycamore Street, along with David Warner and Kerrie Keane. Her few feature film credits include the lead supporting role in 1990s Laser Mission as well as roles in 1991's Shattered (with Corbin Bernsen and Theodore Bikel) and 2000's Yup Yup Man (with David Bowe).

She has also made appearances on Married... with Children (along with Bill Erwin), Mr. Belvedere (with James Cromwell), Father Dowling Mysteries (with Stanley Kamel and Richard Riehle), The Jackie Thomas Show (with Jeannetta Arnette and Ann Cusack), Seinfeld (starring Jason Alexander and also guest-starring Vaughn Armstrong and Corbin Bernsen), Silk Stalkings (with Charlie Brill and Ben Vereen), Total Security (with Jim Beaver, Bill Bolender, and Tony Plana), Party of Five (with Keith Szarabajka), Providence (with Concetta Tomei), and The Practice (with Bruce French and Bill Smitrovich). She also appeared in Lucky Chances (1990, with Phil Morris, Jimmie F. Skaggs, John Winston, and Robert Duncan McNeill).

She currently lives in Marina del Rey, California, and works as a celebrity pilates / fitness instructor.
