Debra Wilson (born 26 April 1962; age 61) is an actress, comedian, and voice artist who voiced Captain Lisa Cusak in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "The Sound of Her Voice" and Captain Trij in the Star Trek: Prodigy first season episode "Supernova, Part 1". She also provided background voices for various Tars Lamora miners in the episodes "Lost and Found" and "A Moral Star, Part 2".

She was a Security Officer for the Star Trek: The Experience program "Klingon Encounter".

She voiced Dr. Eraam Duvall and the Hotari Queen in the video game Star Trek: Resurgence.

Wilson is perhaps best known for her eight seasons on the sketch comedy show MADtv, where she was the longest remaining original cast member. She played Lieutenant Uhura in parodies of Star Trek. She is a Star Trek fan, and went around the Deep Space Nine sets to get autographs when she was working on "The Sound of Her Voice."

She has made several voice-over appearances on Seth MacFarlane's Family Guy. The episodes she worked on are "Love Thy Trophy", "There's Something About Paulie", and "And the Wiener is...". In 2005, she guest-starred in the American Dad! episode "Francine's Flashback", which also featured Patrick Stewart and Wendy Schaal.

In 1998, she appeared in the film American History X, which also featured Avery Brooks, Jennifer Lien, and Antonio David Lyons, but her appearance ended up as a deleted scene.
