Crewman Dell was a 24th Century Starfleet officer aboard the USS Voyager under Captain Kathryn Janeway. Dell became stranded in the Delta Quadrant along with the rest of the crew of Voyager in 2371.
In 2374, Dell was given the designation "Three of Ten" by Seven of Nine in her attempt to create an efficient taskforce. Dell was ordered by Seven to calibrate the ionic pressure seals on the observation ports of the harmonic resonance chamber, a duty well suited to his abilities. (VOY: "The Omega Directive")
