The Denobulan Science Academy is a university on Denobula. They are responsible for coordinating Denobulan scientists.
In 2152, geologists Yolen, Trevix, and Zepht went to Xantoras to study the unique speleothems there.
In February of 2153, the Xantoras government was overthrown by a xenophobic faction. The new government instituted a deadline that all aliens must be off the planet or they'd be imprisoned, and possibly executed. The Denobulan Science Academy sent a message to Dr. Phlox, to ask Captain Archer to retrieve them, as they were several days closer then the nearest Denobulan starship. (ENT: "The Breach")
