Devna was a female Orion who was trapped in Elysia, where she served as the Interpreter of Laws for the Elysian Council. Devna was a skilled dancer, who admitted to missing her home planet. (TAS: "The Time Trap")
The character of Devna was voiced by Nichelle Nichols.
She also appeared in the Star Trek: Enterprise novel A Choice of Futures.
