His parents are stuntman Henry Kingi, Sr. and actress Lindsay Wagner. He has one brother Alex Kingi, and a half-brother from his fathers first marriage, stuntman Henry Kingi, Jr..
He has performed in films such as Double Dragon (1994), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), The Time Machine (2002, with Edward Conna, Clint Lilley, Joey Anaya, Yoshio Iizuka, Diana Lee Inosanto, Gail Monian, and stunts by Steve Blalock, Kevin Derr, Angela Meryl, and Scott Workman), The Amityville Horror (2005), The Island (2005), Date Movie (2006), Crank (2006), Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007, with Zach Grenier and stunts by Lauro Chartrand), The Tribe (set for 2008), and Semi-Pro (set for 2008, with stunts by Stacey Carino, Kevin Derr, Shauna Duggins, Ian Eyre, Terry Jackson, and Derek Mears).
Kingi has also performed in television series such as Boomtown (2002, with Neal McDonough and Todd Bryant).
