Draylaxian whiskey was a type of alcoholic beverage that was distilled on the planet Draylax. According to Captain Keene of the ECS Fortunate, "if you've never had it, you're missing one of the galaxy's real pleasures."
During the 2150s, Keene stashed a bottle of Draylaxian whiskey away, which he later offered to share with Jonathan Archer as a "thank you" for saving the Fortunate and his life. Archer, however, declined, noting that he was on duty – and later noting that he would perhaps join him for a drink of it another time. (ENT: "Fortunate Son")
