Draylaxian whiskey is a type of alcoholic beverage distilled on the planet Draylax. According to Captain Keene, of the ECS Fortunate, "if you've never had it, you're missing one of the galaxy's real pleasures."
During the 2150s, Keene stashed a bottle of Draylaxian whiskey away, which he later offered Jonathan Archer to join him for a drink with, as a "thank you" for saving the Fortunate, and his life. Archer, however, declined, noting that he was on duty -- later noting that he would perhaps join him for a drink of it another time. (ENT: "Fortunate Son")
