Drennik, a Vissian Captain.
Drennik was a Vissian Captain who encountered the Enterprise (NX-01) when both ships were observing a hypergiant star. He and Captain Archer became friends and he invited Archer aboard his stratopod which he flew deep within the gas giant. The friendship would end when Commander Tucker interfered with a Cogenitor, a third species of Vissian that is necessary for reproduction. (ENT: "Cogenitor")
- Drennik was played by Andreas Katsulas, who previously played the recurring role of Tomalak, a Romulan in TNG.
