Edd Fear or Edd Hendricks is a comic book artist and graphic designer, a writer, and a musician. In his comic art, he specialized as a letterer working on a variety of titles including adaptations of Mission: Impossible and ID4: Independence Day. He also did the lettering for the Star Trek adaptation "Star Trek: First Contact". Before that, he lettered the story "The Nagus's New Clothes" in Malibu Comics' "Ultimate Annual". Most recently, he worked for Midway Entertainment as a game story writer.
Fear was diagnosed with serious liver issues in early 2004 and has been waiting for a liver transplant since then.
