Edouard was the holographic waiter in Jean-Luc Picard's re-creation of the Café des Artistes aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2364. Picard told him his story of how he had stood up Jenice Manheim, and he consoled Picard, telling him he would bring him something special from the menu. (TNG:"We'll Always Have Paris")
