He started his career in the 1970s on oriental newspapers and Argentinian work before breaking into the US comics field in the 1980s. He worked on a wide variety of titles including Action Comics, Batman, The New Teen Titans, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Aliens vs. Predators.

His only Star Trek credits are pencils on issue #7 "Pon Farr" and the cover for #32 "Judgment Day!" in DC Comics' first Original Series volume.
