The El-Aurian homeworld was an uninhabited planet in the El-Aurian system. This was the homeworld of the El-Aurians.

In 2265, the El-Aurians encountered the Borg. Sometime between 2265 and 2293, after swarming through the system, the Borg attacked the El-Aurelian homeworld. They destroyed the planet's cities. This began the El-Aurian diaspora, with the survivors scattered throughout the the galaxy. (TNG: "Q Who", "Ensign Ro", "I Borg")

This planet might be named Nova Kron, as Wesley had heard people say that was where Guinan was from.
According to Startrek.com, El-Auria was the name of a star. This star was located far beyond Federation space. [1]
In the non-canon Star Trek novel Engines of Destiny, the name of the El-Aurian homeworld is given as "El-Auria."
