The El-Aurian system was a planetary star system containing at least one populated planet, the El-Aurian homeworld.

During the late 23rd century the system was invaded and a majority of its population was wiped out by the Borg. According to second hand accounts, the Borg swarmed through the system, and when they were left there was little or nothing left of the El-Aurian people. Those El-Aurians who managed to survive the invasion were scattered throughout the galaxy. (TNG: "Q Who"; Star Trek Generations)

Odo identified Martus Mazur as a refugee from the El-Aurian system during Mazur's visit to Deep Space 9 in 2370. (DS9: "Rivals")

Nova Kron was rumoured to be the homeworld of Guinan after she came aboard Enterprise-D. If this were true, it might be in the El-Aurian system.
According to Startrek.com, El-Auria was the name of a star. This star was located far beyond Federation space. [1]
In the non-canon Star Trek novel Engines of Destiny, the name of the El-Aurian homeworld is given as "El-Auria."
