Robert Stack as Eliot Ness
Eliot Ness is the central character in the old Earth television series The Untouchables played by actor Robert Stack. He was a law-enforcement agent who led a group dedicated to enforcing Prohibition and taking down gangster Al Capone.
In 2376, Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres watched a scene from The Untouchables which involved the character of Eliot Ness. (VOY: "Memorial")
