In his Theory of Special Relativity, Albert Einstein stated that matter = Energy. Energy is an unphysical but quantifiable substance that is apparent in our universe through forces - such as kinetic force and energy - in every physical system. Energy can be created in different manners, the most common of which are matter-antimatter reactions and nuclear fusion. Obsolete manners to fabricate energy include combustion and nuclear fission.
