The environment station on the USS Enterprise-D
Aboard a Federation starship, an environment station was a console from which shipboard environmental operations were monitored and controlled.
Aboard Template:ShipClass vessels, this station was located at the aft of the main bridge. Installed in 2365, the environment station replaced the propulsion station and was situated between mission ops and the engineering station. (TNG Season 2 – TNG Season 7; Star Trek Generations)
Starfleet officer Jae frequently manned the environment station. (TNG: "Reunion", etc.)
