Fabrina is the homeworld of the Fabrini, a humanoid race who, in the distant past, realized that their sun would enter a nova phase. To ensure their survival, they hollowed out an asteroid and constructed the computer-controlled worldship Yonada, which would bear the descendants of survivors to a preselected world. - Fabrina was mentioned as a small note on a very large star chart graphic created for TNG: "Conspiracy". It was the image behind the chair in the room where Dexter Remmick was killed. It appears to be located within an outlined block, which may indicate that it was surrounded or was even a part of Federation territory at the time. It is possible that the "Fabrina" mentioned on the star chart was the preselected world that the Fabrini colonized, as the original Fabrina should have been destroyed by then. It could also be the remnants of the nova, as Beta Niobe was also on the chart.
