Fenna, a Halanan psychoprojection.
Fenna was the alter ego of Nidell who was created when Nidell lost control of her psychoprojective telepathy. While Nidell and her husband, Gideon Seyetik, arrived at Deep Space Nine on the USS Prometheus, she lost control of her telepathy, causing her to appear on the Promenade. Benjamin Sisko fell in love with her and was surprised when he might Nidell on the Prometheous. (DS9: "Second Sight")
