Fennim in 2375.
Fennim was a member of the Think Tank and it's only humanoid member besides Kurros. Fennim's speech patterns were drastically different from most humanoids.
Some of his duties were to greet those interested in seeking help from the Think Tank, and introducing them to Kurros. He assisted Kurros in the plot to get Seven of Nine to join the Think Tank. When Voyager sent a carrier wave to disrut the Think Tank, Fennim was unable to communicate with Kurros, and the ship appeared out of sub-space and was attacked by the Hazari.(VOY: "Think Tank")
