Fento
Fento was a Mintakan elder.
He was the person who told tales and fables about the supreme being of the Mintakan's. He said that things that were happening because of contamination by Federation technology which were caused by an accident was acts of the supreme being. He believed that Jean-Luc Picard was the Mintakan God. (TNG: "Who Watches the Watchers?")
