Ferengi cargo ship

The Ferengi freighter or cargo ship was a type of freighter used by the Ferengi Alliance during the 24th century

Quark served aboard a Ferengi freighter early in his life, as the ship's cook, for eight years. The crew was not fond of his cooking, which led to Quark owning a disruptor pistol. (DS9: "Babel", "The Way of the Warrior")

It was during Quark's time on the Ferengi freighter that the Great Monetary Collapse hit Ferenginar. (DS9: "Homefront")

In an heated discussion, between Geordi La Forge and a hologram of Leah Brahms, on potential modifications on the USS Enterprise-D propulsion systems, Brahms defended her theory stating that it was her design and that she did all the calculations herself. La Forge, who thought her theory would blow the ship up, did not care if she designed it and told her: "I don't care if you built it with your bare hands out of an old Ferengi cargo ship, it's going to go – boom!" (TNG: "Booby Trap")

In late 2367, Kriosian rebels attacked a Ferengi freighter near the Ikalian asteroid belt and the Klingon border. (TNG: "The Mind's Eye")

In early 2369, two Ferengi freighters were destroyed by a Cardassian warship in the Igo sector. (TNG: "Realm of Fear")

Later that year, Worf and Dr. Crusher used DaiMon Solok's cargo ship to escape from Celtris III. (TNG: "Chain of Command, Part II")

Lwaxana Troi later referred to the Krayton, a Template:ShipClass starship, as a "Ferengi cargo ship" as she recalled the horrible incident she had aboard it several years prior. (DS9: "The Forsaken")
