Its an SQL dump - Therfore any database that uses SQL tables will (in theory) be able to read the data
Ones the spring to mind are
Microsoft Access MySQL SQL Server etc..
MySQL is FREE - Microsoft Access comes with MS Office and SQL Server costs a nice penny...
