I'd say yes, it didn't seem like they differed much from humans vocally. The vital question is probably not can they whistle, but why would they whistle? --Golden Monkey 22:20, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
They want to whistle a happy tune and every single time the happiness in that tune convinces them that they're not afraid. Seriously, as far as we know no Klingon has ever whistled so it's basically a moot point. — Morder (talk) 22:33, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
