Just an FYI, a Japanese company has bought the rights to certain Star Trek model kits, most notably of which, the Enterprise-B, Enterprise-D and Enterprise-E all in 1:1400th scale. see? --Babaganoosh 01:59, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

The photo is exactly the same as the original AMT release of the "Enterprise-D" model from 1988 or so. - Adambomb1701 15:29, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

Can i ask what this has to do with a canon wiki? StoryMaster 21:43, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

You are not going to get the explanation of licensed products again. Go re-read your talk page. --OuroborosCobra talk 21:46, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

I didnt ask for an explanation and I am aware of the rules. I was not asking for a deletion or saying this violated any policy. I am AWARE these are allowed on this wiki. I was simply asking how it relates to on screen canon. Thank you StoryMaster 21:56, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

It doesn't relate to on-screen canon, at least not directly. We do have realworld pages on Star Trek model kits like the ones mentioned above. Also, in a number of instances commercial Star Trek model kits were used by the production folks to produce ship models subsequently used in filming episodes, which is valid background information for an episode. And lastly, any Trek-related news, canon or not, is potentially of interest for inclusion in the "Latest News" section on the main page. -- Renegade54 00:03, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
