Pardon the title, it was the best one I could think of. Has there been a reference to some sort of Starfleet arm that was responsible for the starship construction? Such as... engineering corps or construction corps or whatever?--Terran Officer 11:28, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- Certainly the most famous such facility is the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards, mentioned several times as one of the birth places of Federation Ships. It is probably under some office from Starfleet Engineering, but I dont think that was mentioned directly in the show. - Quase 12:18, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
