I have this theory that I just came up with recently. Well, maybe more of a rule of thumb... Anyway, I can only think of two examples and I thought you people might have more. Here 'tis... It seems that the more unfriendly a species is, the harder it is to go through their doorways. For example, the Romulans have a door jamb that you have to step over in order to go from one room to the next. I realized this when watching the episode "Face of the Enemy" where Troi has been abducted and surgically altered to appear as a Romulan. This is also shown in just about every episode of DS9 with the Cardasian doorways all around the station. Can anyone think of any other examples of this? --68.142.55.244 12:56, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- I suppose this could go in the background of an article on doors, if we needed such a thing. Ferengi doors were unusual in that they were round and low, requiring some people to duck upon entering. -- StAkAr Karnak 14:11, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
