First, I have all the dvds of all Star Trek movies and series (like most fans here, I suppose ...) Usually, I listen one series after the other. But this year, I did a grid with all the episodes in the order it was released for the first time on the television, but I have a problem. During the five seasons when DS9 and Voyager were released the same day, I don't know which was played first, DS9 or Voyager? I know, is not so important, but for a trekkie ... :-)

Depends where you are and which season. Where I am, For the first two seasons, DS9 aired first. For the next two, VOY did. For the last, VOY didn't even air here until ~4 months later. -- sulfur 21:45, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I'm from Canada (Quebec), I'm using the official air date from StarTrek.com (the old site...), but it don't indicate the hours of broadcast... I know, every country and /or state has its own release time, but for the U.S. (on UPN), this should not be too hard to find. I don't know why is so hard to find!

thanks

I don't live in the US, so I'm not entirely sure, but I think it depends on what "network affiliate" you're with (at least, I've heard this term before, and know that UPN is the network, so I reckon it makes grammatical sense!) --Defiant 01:55, July 25, 2010 (UTC)
If I recall correctly, DS9 was originally aired (in the U.S. at least) as a syndicated program. This means that the show's producers sold the show directly to multiple TV markets who would then schedule the show according to their own needs. That means (for example) a station in New York might show the program Saturdays at 7:00 p.m. while a station in Idaho might show the same program Friday at 11:00 p.m. while a station in West Virginia might show it at some entirely different time. Since there wasn't really a set hour of broadcast, it'd probably be a huge challenge to find the info you're looking for for DS9.
By contrast, VOY was specifically shown on the UPN network with a set time slot (that moved around a bit over the course of the show's run,) so it might be comparatively possible to figure out the specific broadcast hours for that show. --TommyRaiko 13:42, August 1, 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure about Deep Space Nine, but I can tell you that Voyager aired at 8.00/7.00 in the first two seasons (on Mondays) and at 9.00/8.00 (on Wednesdays) for seasons three and on (source: Wikipedia). --75.27.236.48 03:52, March 27, 2011 (UTC)
