Fredericks

Fredericks was a Starfleet crewmember, assigned to the USS Enterprise-C under Captain Rachel Garrett.

Fredericks was on board during the battle at Narendra III in 2344, and was presumed lost with the rest of the ship's compliment. Following the Enterprise's transport to 2366, Fredericks held the helm for its return through the temporal rift. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise")

Fredericks was played by an unknown actor.
Fredericks' rank was unknown, however, he was wearing the uniform typically seen on crewmen and enlisted personnel.
