Fredericks was a Starfleet crewman, assigned to the USS Enterprise-C. Fredericks was onboard during the battle at Narendra III in 2344, and was presumed lost with the rest of the ship's compliment. Following the Enterprise's transport to 2366, Fredericks held the helm for its return through the temporal rift. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise")
