Fried chicken was a popular Human food made from the meat of a chicken, covered in a batter, and deep fried in oil.
Chef planned to serve fried chicken with scalloped potatoes and Minaran spinach on August 12th, 2152. However, he fell ill, and Ensign Hoshi Sato replaced the menu item with her family's recipe for oden. (ENT: "Singularity")
