Fritz Weaver was born in Pittsburgh in 1926. He played Kovat in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Tribunal".
He has appeared in motion pictures such as The Day of the Dolphin and The Thomas Crown Affair in which he played John Reynolds.
