Galaxy Quadrant YX=12-114 was a region of space including Sector Z-6. By 2266, a tabulation of comets for this quadrant had been collected into the book Table of Comets. (TOS: "Balance of Terror")

"Galaxy Quadrant YX-12-114" was the first use of the term "Quadrant" in Star Trek.
