Gamma Argus system was an inhabited star system.
The Federation starships USS Callisto, USS Enterprise-D, and USS Mustang were ordered to this system in 2364. These starships conducted a cultural survey of the inhabitants of Gamma Argus II and, if desirable, make first contact with them. (TNG: "Conspiracy")
