Fourth planet in the Gamma Hydra system, Gamma Hydra IV is currently uninhabited, but was once a Federation colonial world. Since the passing of a comet nearby, which left the planet irradiated with an unknown radiation type which accelarates the aging of anyone on the surface, Gamma Hydra IV has been quarantined (TOS: "The Deadly Years").
