Gamzian wine was a quite intoxicating beverage often served in Quark's Bar.
Quark shared a bottle of Gamzian wine with Vash. (DS9: "Q-Less")
During negotiations between the Paqu and the Navot in 2369, Commander Benjamin Sisko ordered a glass of Gamzian wine. (DS9: "The Storyteller")
Others to enjoy the wine included Kor and Alsia. (DS9: "Blood Oath", "Rivals")

Background
There appear to be different varieties of Gamzian wine, just as with man Earth wines. It appeared green in "Q-Less", opaque orange in "The Storyteller", and light red in "Rivals".
