Gelnon (played by Leland Crooke) was the commander of a Jem'Hadar attack ship during the Dominion War. In 2374, Gelnon's Jem'Hadar First, Kudak'Etan, launched a surprise attack on the USS Defiant and successfully captured the ship, in the combat debut of Alpha Quadrant Jem'Hadar. After leaving Kudak'Etan and a detachment of soldiers aboard the Defiant, Gelnon's ship departed to launch a raid on Coridan. (DS9: "One Little Ship")
