Gema IV was the inhabited fourth planet in the Gema system, in the Delta Quadrant. This was the home of a Kazon-Nistrim colony during the 2370s.

Tierna told Chakotay that First Maje Jal Culluh had taken his son there to be raised as a servant. According to him, Gema IV was defended by a Nistrim force sufficient to destroy the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Basics, Part I")
