Gettor was a Bajoran Minister and a member of the Chamber of Ministers on Bajor.
In 2372, he visited Deep Space 9 in order to elicit Benjamin Sisko's support for his land reform program. Major Kira Nerys offered him a tour of the station, but he turned down the opportunity as he was anxious to meet the Emissary. (DS9: "Shattered Mirror")
