Ensign Giusti was a relief operations officer assigned to the USS Enterprise-D.
In 2370, Ensign Giusti served at ops while Data was temporarily first officer, then captain, when Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Commander William T. Riker were abducted by a mercenary group seeking to reassemble the Stone of Gol, an ancient Vulcan psionic weapon. (TNG: "Gambit, Part I", "Gambit, Part II")
Giusti was played by Sabrina LeBeauf.
According to the Star Trek: The Next Generation Companion, she was named for a friend of Naren Shankar.
