Gosis

In 2152, General Gosis was the commander of the army of a pre-warp society on an alien planet vivsited by Captain Jonathan Archer and Lieutenant Malcolm Reed. When they returned to the planet to retrieve a lost communicator, they wee captured by Gosis' forces.

Believing they were enemy spies, Gosis had them medically examined and was amazed at their physical difference, concluding that they were super soldiers genetically enhanced by "The Alliance", another political power on the planet that were enemies of Gosis. He order them executed, but they were rescued by Enterprise before the sentence could be carried out. (ENT: "The Communicator")
