Goval

Goval was one of the rogue Borg drones loyal to Lore.

In early 2370, he disconnected himself from the others because he was afraid of them hearing his thoughts. Crosis realized this and brought Goval to Lore. Goval related to Lore the overwhelming new emotions, but Lore convinced him to reconnect himself soon after so that to draw from the confidence of his peers. (TNG: "Descent, Part II")

Goval was played by Michael Reilly Burke.
Parts of his costume were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and were also worn by John de Lancie, Tom Morga, and Gary Hunter. [1]
