The location of Gravesworld on a star chart

Gravesworld was a remote uninhabited ringed planet. The nearest starbase to this planet was Starbase 6.

In 2293, the location of Gravesworld was labeled in the star chart for the "Operation: Retrieve" command briefing. The chart was from the Starfleet Command Intelligence Database. This star chart was seen in the office of the Federation President on Earth. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, set artwork)

In the mid-24th century, Dr. Ira Graves lived and worked here, along with his assistant Kareen Brianon, until his death in 2365. The Federation starship USS Enterprise-D transported Ms. Brianon to Starbase 6. (TNG: "The Schizoid Man")

In 2371, the location of Gravesworld was labeled in the star chart Data and Picard were studying in stellar cartography aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (Star Trek Generations, okudagram)

The star chart was seen in greater resolution at Flare.Solareclipse.net. Many of the names were clearly readable; however, some locations at the extreme right of the chart are illegible due to the angle the picture was snapped.
The planet model first used here for Gravesworld would later be used for an unnamed planet ("The Dauphin") and Mariposa ("Up The Long Ladder").
