Gregg Duffy Long (5 June 1953 – 24 June 1995; age 42) was the assistant of René Echevarria and Robert Hewitt Wolfe when they worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
In 1995, he died of complications with AIDS and the season four premiere "The Way of the Warrior" was dedicated to his memory.
